Kittson and Roseau County Boards and Kittson and Roseau SWCD Boards adopted the new Plan in July 2021 and have formally entered into a Joint Powers Agreement for Plan implementation. Every two years, a Work Plan will be developed to obtain watershed-based implementation funds from the state.
The Comprehensive Watershed Management Plan was developed through the One Watershed, One Plan (1W1P) Program administered by the Board of Water and Soil Resources. About 1W1P
